I am the Pilot of the Touchstone Energy Cooperatives Balloon. I have over 2000 hours of piloting both hot air balloons and gas balloons.

I have flown in more than forty states in the US, throughout Canada, Mexico, Europe, Africa, and in Puerto Rico. In 1996, I won the National Gas Balloon Race. In 1999, I flew 1,657 miles-- from Denver to Vermont and overflew Lake Michigan, Lake Huron, and Lake Ontario enroute. In 2002, I represented the US in the prestigious Coupe Aeronautique Gordon Bennett in France. I have flown corporate balloons for Pontiac, GMC, Mr.Goodwrench, AC Delco, Touchstone Energy Cooperatives, Wonder Bread, Wal-Mart, and others. Since 1999, I have owned and operated the Bass Pro Shops Balloon. Since 1996, I have coordinated balloon activities at The World Free Fall Convention -- the largest skydiving event in the world-- and have more experience dropping skydivers from a balloon than anyone.
